Services are scheduled for 11:00 Saturday at Priest Creek Baptist Church for Mr. Onnie Adams, 55, of Hattiesburg, who died October 21, 2024, at Merit Health Wesley Hospital.

Pastor Mirrett Rhodes will officiate.

Interment will be at South Hill Cemetery.

Onnie began his early education in HeadStart at Priest Creek and did most of his formal education in Detroit, Michigan. He relocated back to Hattiesburg and graduated from Petal High School. He confessed and gave his life to Christ at an early age. He was a member of the choir and a Junior Usher.

Mr. Adams did a short stint in the United States Navy.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving wife, Delores Adams; three daughters, LaToya Austin, Danah Moffett and Victoria Janae Adams; two sons, Onnie Adams, Jr. and Demetri Adams; mother, Victoria (Alvin) Adams-Fairley; brothers, Leanthony Adams Sr., Henry Allen, Patrick Adams and Steven Keith; sisters, Deleashia Adams and Marsha McCray.

Visitation will be from 10:00 until service time.
