Services are scheduled for 1:00 Saturday at Greater Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church for Lawana L. Bolton, 45, of Beaumont who died March 30, 2024, at Forrest General Hospital.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 until service time.

Lawana Lynette Bolton was born April 25, 1978 to the late Ruth Bolton and Charles Bolton, Sr. in Richton. She departed this life at age 45 at Forrest General Hospital.

Lawan was a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church of Beaumont. She was a graduate of Perry Central High School.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Marcus Bolton and grandson, Kash Brown.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Cedric Bolton and Javarris Bolton, both of Beaumont; daughters, Latrisha Bolton and Melissa Brown both of Beaumont; grandmother, Nora James Bolton of Beaumont; brothers, Willie (Kayla) Bolton, Charles Bolton, Marvin Bolton, Cedric Bolton all of Beaumont and Jamiah Gillispie of Hattiesburg; sisters, Mary Bolton of Beaumont and Angel Gillespie of Hattiesburg; god daughter, Makayla Felts of Hattiesburg; a devoted and special friend, Milton Hartfield of Beaumont along with many other relatives and friend.
